On the premise of fully utilizing the strong sound absorption ability of polyester fibers , nail wooden strips on the polyester fiber board to enhance the three-dimensional sense of the products, which can play a decorative role. Wooden strips come in different styles, including straight and curved shapes. The material of the wooden strip can be MDF or WPC, and the surface can be coated with technology wood veneer, natural wood veneer, or PVC film. The design is diverse and the texture is different to meet the needs of the customers with different aesthetic perspectives.
Wooden sound-absorbing boards are the best solution for efficient sound absorption and also the best solution for reducing the duration of noise reverberation in a room. The panel has an absorption coefficient of 0.97 at a frequency of 1000Hz, and the frequency of loud sound and normal noise in the room will be between 500 and 2000Hz. If you want a better attraction effect, it is recommended to place a 45mm insulation layer behind the panel.
